Did you know that food levels of antioxidants are scored with ORAC Values? A higher value means a better antioxidant capacity!
Scientifically tested: The ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) Lab Test was developed by the National Institutes of Health in Baltimore to measure and show the antioxidant capacity of foods.
Results: Many spices naturally have higher levels of antioxidants than fruits. For example, Turmeric actually has a higher score than the Acai Berry, which has a higher score than the blueberry.
